  • Is there a contract or termination fee?

    No, your merchant processing agreement is month to month.  You can sign up having the comfort of knowing there is no obligation or risk.  You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no early termination fee or penalty. Simply give us a call to cancel and return equipment back to us.

  • What type of payments will I be able to accept?

    Card Connect is a full service merchant service provider that can support all credit and debit card types for businesses.  These cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, EBT, and Diners Club.  In addition, all of our credit card machines are able to accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet.

  • How soon can I begin processing payments for my business?

    We approve most applications within one business day and ship out your free credit card machine the following day.   Most businesses are able to begin processing credit and debit card payments within 3 to 4 business days. 

  • Will I recieve any training on how use my credit card machine?

    Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

  • How soon after I have run transactions will I receive the funds in my bank account?

    Sales settled before 9:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will fund to the business bank account the following business day.  Sales settled after 9 p.m. (CST) will fund to the business account on the second business day.  

  • I am currently with another company, how hard is it for me switch to Card Connect?

    Our representatives have years of knowledge, training, and experience necessary for enabling a seamless transition without any downtime.  We work with many third-party vendors, point of sale companies, and gateways everyday ensuring your set up is accurate and properly installed

  • Do I receive a monthly billing statement?

    Yes, we provide our customers with the option of either receiving their statements by mail, online, or both.   Merchant statements are mailed once the billing cycle has closed which is the last day of the calendar month.  Merchants can review statements online on the second business day of the following month and paper statements by mail usually arrive by the 10th day of the month.

  • What is PCI Compliance?

    Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance refers to the technical and operational standards that businesses must follow ensure credit card data provided by cardholders is protected.  PCI compliance is enforced by the PCI Standards Council and not by the payment processor.  All businesses that store, process, or transmit credit card data electronically are required to follow the compliance guidelines.
